Peony Exhibit: For pleasure or for profit

This exhibit is a joint project of the Cortes Island Museum & Archives and Heritage Garden. It was inspired by a transcribed talk given in 1925 by Gladys Ballantyne to members of the Whaletown Women’s Institute and a 1925 peony catalogue, both found in the papers of Cortes Island author Gilean Douglas. This exhibit is a joint project of the Archives and Heritage Garden.
