Are you interested in sharing knowledge about Cortes Island with visitors, learning about the Museum’s exhibitions and programs, and practicing customer service skills in our Museum Shop? The Cortes Museum & Archives Society is hiring a seasonal Host/Interpreter. During the summer months the Museum is a busy place with visitors seeking information, exhibitions, programs, and special events.
We are looking for a mature, friendly, self-reliant person (17–30 years of age). This position runs from mid-June through the end of August, with a potential extension to the end of September depending on the applicant’s availability. The job is 35 hrs/week at $20.75/hr. Training will be provided.
