Support the Cortes Island Museum & Archives Society by becoming a member!
As a small museum, we depend on the support and direction of our membership. Membership donations are a vital part of our income revenue and are used to support the operation of our programs which enrich the Cortes community. Feedback from our members is welcomed year-round. At the Annual General Meeting, members help shape the future of Cortes Island Museum and Archives through their comments and votes and have the opportunity to serve on the board of directors.
To be as inclusive as possible, Cortes Island Museum’s membership is by donation of time or money. The amount you donate is up to you. Tax receipts are available for financial donations.
A strong membership assists Cortes Island Museum in obtaining grants. Many funding agencies use membership numbers as an indicator of community support. So please take a minute to show your support by becoming a member or renewing your membership now.
Memberships are renewed yearly and are effective from January to December.

If you are already a member but would like to extend your membership for the current year with a financial donation, you can just use CanadaHelps or send us your payment by mail (Cortes Island Museum, BOX 422, Mansons Landing BC V0P 1K0) or by Interac E-transfer (to firstname.lastname@example.org), with the annotation “membership.” We will issue tax receipts for donations over $25.
